No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and runs no third-party tracking or advertising scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Data we process
- Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name if provided, and the content of your message in order to respond.
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare automatically processes standard technical request data (such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page) to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing terms.
Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to enquiries — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries).
- Operating and securing the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site).
Retention
We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal retention obligations. Server logs are retained only for a short period by Cloudflare.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing. Data may be processed by Cloudflare (website hosting) and our email provider, acting on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA (for example Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States), it is done under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may object to or request restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
